Our latest enhancement extends Intelligent Auto Response to include Facebook reviews.
Any Facebook recommendation that meets the campaign criteria (i.e., converted review score, existing of associated comments, business locations, account organization, or custom group) will trigger a response.
Remember, each Facebook recommendation is converted into a 5-Star (positive) or a 1-Star (negative) review. Only campaigns with the appropriate criteria will trigger a response. If you need help setting up your first campaign, email us at [email protected].
If you have not yet built your first campaign, take a look at our Intelligent Auto Response blog post and video.
In line with our last few review integration announcements, we’re happy to say that we have once again added to our arsenal with Expedia.com. This release helps our hospitality industry clients to stay on top of their many feedback channels.
Expedia.com is a full-service travel booking website, allowing its users to easily plan and book airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, cruises, and vacation packages.
If you would like to integrate your Expedia.com reviews in a single dashboard and control panel, please email us at [email protected].
A LocalClarity client presented us with a great use-case that helps us to extend the functionality of our Saved Reply libraries. Instead of a single template, the client wanted to be able to select multiple snippets of variable-powered review replies.
This allows the user to mix and match short saved reply sentences to craft a unique — and engaging – response to every customer reviews. Users can simply click on any saved reply to have it inserted into the dialog box. Additional snippets can be directly added with the same process.
You can create any combinations of reply templates. Go to ReviewsInbox Saved Replies.
Enhancements are added to the LocalClarity with each Google code update. In December, we added functionality to provide greater visibility to images uploaded by the public to a location.
Within the Report Management (accessed via Settings) users can now create a new real-time notification report when a public image is added to a location. These reports have all the same filtering and customization options of the entire Report Suite (individual location, geography, or any custom group of locations). Reports can be set up for the entire account user base, individual users, or even by email for non-users.
Bulk report set-up is also available for large accounts with a distributed management base.
Please note that to turn on the functionality, all profiles will need to re-sync their pub/sub connections to Google. Let us know if you need help.
We understand that sometimes it’s the cumulative effect of small enhancements that can have the largest impact on client satisfaction – and value creation. This month we have two material QOL updates.
When LocalClarity was first launched, a maximum 10-year history was sufficient to calculate the total location review score. But now that we are in 2020, the application has been reset to a full 15-year history for all accounts.
Easy access to all raw reviews is one of the core benefits of the LocalClarity platform and one of the more popular features. This has caused, at times, a large report queue and delayed email delivery of the report.
Over the holidays, we released an update that will significantly reduce extended wait times for the file download email.
The Review Source chart presented the volume of reviews by source. In order to accommodate reporting for more review sources, we have switched from a full (360 degree) donut chart to a semi-circle chart with the legend presented underneath.
Do you have reviews not currently incorporated into your LocalClarity profile? Let us know and we will work with you for a complete view of your customer feedback across all locations and/or clients.
As always, please let us know if you have questions about these enhancements or if you have a suggestion.
