Scheduled Excel Review Export

One of the core principals of the LocalClarity platform is open access to data. In February we added a new reporting option to schedule review detail delivery to any email address as an Excel or CSV file.

As with all Review reports, users can schedule the delivery of just the right information to the right party, at the right time – with no limitations. This new Excel/CSV report delivery option can be scheduled for daily, weekly, monthly reporting and filtered to individual locations, customer groups, cities, states, or even countries.

You can test these new reports by visiting Settings > Report Management. Let us know if you need to set up separate delivery to all of your locations. Also, please let us know if you wish to voice your support for file delivery directly into your data host environment.

OpenTable Reviews

We have aggressive plans to further expand our integration list in the first half of this year, and we’re kicking it off with additional support to our restaurant industry clients – OpenTable Reviews.

OpenTable is an online reservation service for diners and reservation and guest management solutions for restaurants.

If you would like to integrate your OpenTable reviews in a single dashboard you can visit the Integration section of the application to upload the location URL. If you have a very large file, please email us at [email protected].

Indeed.com Reviews

We remain committed to incorporating all the various areas in which a brand can receive feedback, which is what spurred the addition of Indeed reviews.

Indeed, a search engine for job listings, allows job hunters free access to search jobs, post resumes, and research companies. Current and past employees can anonymously review different aspects of a company including the pros and cons of the job.

To integrate your Indeed reviews, visit the Integration section of the application to upload the location URL. If you have a very large file, please email us at [email protected].

Foursquare Reviews

Although Foursquare may be past its prime as a top-tier review platform, it still represents a great pool of customer feedback content. There has even been a small resurgence in the last few months from dedicated users.

Foursquare City Guide, commonly known as Foursquare, is a local search-and-discovery mobile app developed by Foursquare Labs Inc. The app provides personalized recommendations of places to go near a user’s current location based on users’ previous browsing history and check-in history.

To integrate your reviews, visit the Foursquare Integration section of the application to upload the location URL. If you have a very large file, please email us at [email protected].

GMB Public Reviews

A significant increase in flexibility was added to LocalClarity with the addition of Google reviews indexed publicly instead of via a direct GMB authorization. Users can now monitor reputations of any location with a GMB profile anywhere in the world.

Authorized connections still provide the full control of all GMB details and our suite of direct review/response capabilities. This new, Indexed Google connection is designed to provide review monitoring and reporting without direct location control. Users can now see that we present the various platforms according to the available integration options.

Some of the use cases are franchises with distributed local ownership, professional associations, marketing agencies, and brands that need to monitor store reputations while they work through claiming and verification. To integrate your reviews, visit the Google Public Review Integration section of the application to upload the location Place ID. You can visit the Google Place ID Lookup to find the required ID.

Competition Reviews – Research Mode

Providing direct connections to public Google Reviews is the first step towards providing unparalleled visibility to competitor customer feedback. Every few weeks we will be launching new functionality toward this goal.

In the meantime, we have built an incredible data sets available. If you wish to see what’s possible, please simply provide us with the location details via email and within a few days, we will provide a data file of the extract. Clients should reach out to their assigned Client Success Manager with a list of the competitor locations. Active prospects can contact us at [email protected] to request the analysis.

This will be a signature enhancement for LocalClarity this year and we’re excited to hear and read your feedback.

Image Details Download

Images and videos are playing an ever-increasing role in each location’s local search presence – especially on mobile phones. We are making it easier for users to access the details of all images and videos uploaded by the public and the brand.

In the Settings > Data Downloads section users will see a new section to download image files. Set the date range and trigger the download. If the image/video file is below 100 rows of data, it will be available immediately. Larger files will be queued for delivery and sent via an email link. Very large files with tens of thousands of images might take a few hours to process.

QOL Updates

This month we have three quality-of-life updates we hope users will appreciate.

Reviews Inbox, Edit Response

It is now easier to edit existing review responses directly within LocalClarity. You simply need to click into the Sent folder, find the appropriate reviews and then hit the new edit icon (pencil). The response box will open and provide users with the ability to send to Google an updated reply.

User Management

We are making easier for businesses of all sizes to manage their user accounts. Admins can now delete and resent profile invitations that have not yet been accepted. Previously, this was a support ticket request. We have also added the User Name field to the main table. Stay tuned for additional updates to user management in the coming weeks.

Intelligent Auto Response, Updates

The maximum number of templates has been increased significantly. Users can now create and hold a total of 150 templates per profile, with a limit of 30 templates for each of the five review ratings. In order to improve user-experience at this scale, we will soon give users the ability to toggle between the current card view and a new table view.

This continues to be a client favorite. If you aren’t yet using the Intelligent Auto Response feature email us to schedule a time to talk to Customer Success.

Google Posts, Update

Users can now directly delete most of the indexed review sources on the platform. Previously, users needed to submit a support ticket to directly add or remove location URLs from the platform. This control is now available directly within the platform.

As always, please let us know if you have questions about these enhancements or if you have a suggestion.
