All users can now add an optional second email address to their user accounts for public, platform-driven communication. This update is part of the groundwork for our major ReviewsInbox update for full task management capabilities. This new field allows users to send notes from this new email address, as opposed to the email used for their platform access.
The key is not so much the sending email address, but the routing of replies to those emails. This update makes it possible for users to even use common/shared addresses (e.g., support@) to help organize end-client communication.
All users can add this additional email address directly in their user account controls.
