Greater support for emojis and special characters is being incorporate into bulk Posts workflows.
In Excel, different file formats translate text according to the format. This includes symbols such as emojis, but also symbols used in different languages. Previously, the bulk Post file format was a standard CSV, which made using emojis or languages such as Portuguese, Korean, or Turkish, much more difficult.
We have now changed the file default format to be CSV UTF-8. Users can include emojis or create bulk posts in virtually any language supported by Excel and Google Sheets. Not only will this save users time from having to translate their message to fit the right format, but it will also prevent visual errors in their Posts.
Coming soon, downloads from other modules will default to UTF-8 will help clean up files and present them as intended.
