Users can now trigger a check for new Google location suggestions (up to 3 times daily).
Google maintains two different sets of location listing data for all businesses:
LocalClarity has built new functionality to give brands and agencies the ability to be notified when Google tries to present unverified data to the public from the following categories:
Business name
Categories
Hours (special and regular)
Holidays
Website
Phone number
Additional phone number
Address
Description
Attributes
A new report optional is available that triggers a "suggestion audit". The platform reaches out to Google to determine if any new location details (location name, categories, attributes, phone numbers, hours, holidays, etc) are being presented in the public search results.
Users can set the exact cadence and time to check for public edits that need to be accepted or rejected.
All users with full access to Settings > Report Management will be able to schedule new triggers.
Different departments/users within an organization might need to be made away of different types of edits. Location name changes might go to the corporate team, while weekend hour updates my go directly to the location managers. We are working to add a control to one or more types of edits for a specific notification.
