Looking at the review detail pane, users will now see a new icon in the upper right corner of the review card. Hovering over the timeline icon will present three sets of data. From the bottom up, LocalClarity presents the timestamp (UTC) of review’s creation as provided by the review source. Additionally, if activated, the window will show time of the review based on the location’s time zone.
The next section presents the current timestamp of the review. If this is different than the creation timestamp, this is an indication that the review has been updated by the user.
Presenting this information directly in the ReviewsInbox will offer users a quick and accessible way to validate the full timeline of a review. Although we have introduced icons such as the purple exclamation point, that was only a partial indicator to highlight a review has been updated.
