Public Image Removal Tagging
May 31, 2023

LocalClarity's image management module now provides users with the ability to view the name and date of the individual who flagged an image. This enhancement addresses a previous issue where users lacked visibility regarding flagged public images, including information about who flagged them and when.

Previously, when a public image was flagged through LocalClarity, no tags or additional details were available to track who flagged the image and when the flag was raised. This presented a visibility issue in which users were unsure what public images had been reported and when.

Details

With the recent update to the Image Management module, users can now flag any public image and access relevant information at the bottom of the flagged image, including the name of the flagger and the date of the flagging. This improved visibility enables better tracking of information related to flagged public images for Google Business Profiles. When a user flags a public image within LocalClarity, an automatic popup window will appear, featuring Google's official image reporting form. By filling out this form with the necessary details and submitting it, Google will assess the image and take appropriate action if it violates their guidelines.

Please note, the user and time recorded for flagging details is only indicative of when said user clicked the flag button within the LocalClarity internal platform. We are unable to display if and when the form was officially submitted to Google.
