Accessing historical reviews in LocalClarity is now even easier with a Date sort in the ReviewsInbox. Users can decide to sort reviews by Newest or Oldest Reviews. Users will no longer be required to change the date range setting or manually sift through the ReviewsInbox™ to see their oldest reviews.
While having the newest reviews visible makes sense for a review response workflow, sometimes it's important for users to access their oldest reviews as well. Previously, this required either changing the date range setting or manually sifting through the ReviewsInbox™.
Located right next to Filters, the new Date Sort option allows users to select between Newest First and Oldest First. This could be crucial for a business just getting into review response that wants to start from the beginning of their inbox.
