Yes, you can send reports to any email, even if they do not have a LocalClarity account. This is one of the fundamental differences between Report Management and the Automation Center. In the Automation Center, you can send reports and other automations to users only, while reports in Report Management can be sent externally.
How to Send Reports to Non-Users
Head to Settings-Report Management and select +New Report. In the second field 'Recipient List', type in the email(s( you wish to send the report to and click Enter. You can add multiple user or non-user emails to this field.
