Google's API does not support multiple images and videos to be included in a post.
A carousel is a post containing more than one photo or video, which users can view by swiping left on a post through the phone app. Desktop users can view a carousel post by clicking on the arrow button on the right of a post. Think of it as a slideshow of posts that users can control manually. But does Google allow multiple images and videos to be included in a post? As of writing Google's API currently does not support those forms of mixed media from being uploaded.
Google only supports single images to be included with posts to Knowledge Panels.

Photo guidelines
Your photos look best on Google if they meet the following standards:
- Format: JPG or PNG.
- Size: Between 10 KB and 5 MB.
- Recommended Resolution: 720 px tall, 720 px wide.
- Minimum resolution: 250 px tall, 250 px wide.
- Quality: The photo should be in focus and well-lit, and have no significant alterations or excessive use of filters. In other words, the image should represent reality.
