Delete outdated images from your Google listing via the Image Management Module.
We recommend that all images for your business should be relevant for Google. If the older images are outdated or no longer reflect the current storefront, they should be deleted from your listing. Once in the Image Management Module there are two ways to delete an image within the platform. The first is under the Brand tab, select the three dots in the upper right corner of the image and click Delete. An are you sure window will appear asking for your confirmation before deleting.
Not seeing any images in your Brand section? Try and adjust the date range and images will begin to appear.
The second option is helpful for Profiles that are managing images across multiple listings. While still in the Image Management Module, Toggle over to the By Location view and select the Brand tab. This will give you a listing by listing view and helps you see what types of images were uploaded, such as Interior, Exterior, Logo, and Cover photo.
To delete one of these photos, simply click on the one you want removed. The image will pop up and in the right hand corner, a trash icon will appear to the left of the exit icon. Click on the trash Icon and then confirm you want to delete this listing.
You have now successfully removed an image from one of your listings!
