Yes, you can send reports to any email, even if they do not have a LocalClarity account. This is one of the fundamental differences between Report Management and the Automation Center. In the Automation Center, you can send reports and other automations to users only, while reports in Report Management can be sent externally.
How to Send Reports to Non-Users
Head to Settings-Report Management and select +New Report. In the second field 'Recipient List', type in the email(s( you wish to send the report to and click Enter. You can add multiple users to the Recipient list regardless if they have direct access to LocalClarity.
Once you have typed in all relevant emails, selected the preferred Report Type, Schedule Type, Time Zone and all other relevant fields, you can click Enter in the bottom right corner of the 'Create this Report' window.
