Learn how to resolve expired API tokens to ensure a stable connection between LocalClarity and your GBP
The reason you are seeing error messages similar to the example above is due to the API connection of your Google listing being expired. What expired means is that the initial connection to LocalClarity is no longer valid and requires the connection to be reestablished in order to push and pull data from your profile. This can happen for many external reasons, one of them being the user permissions of the connection being updated.
Luckily, reestablishing that connection is the same as setting up here is the link to our Knowledge Base Article.
You will start off in your Settings, click on Authorized Account. From there select "Add Page". you will be asked to reauthorize your connection to connect with one or more associated GBP accounts. Please follow all of the required steps to authorize the reestablished connection
Once completed, you will start seeing the review data populating within minutes of reconnecting and you will be able to log all comments, push updates, gain valuable insights, and much more.
