Use Google's Business Redressal Complaint Form to report and potentially remove fake listings.
If you or a client you have is having an issue with a fake listing being in the same building or service area, there is a way for you to potentially get it removed. Google has a Business Redressal Complaint Form that is found through their support web address. This form is used when you find misleading information or fraudulent activity on Google Maps that is related to "The name, phone number, or URL of a business, you may use this form to submit a complaint."

Although Google does not guarantee you to be notified of your complaint, make sure to fill our your information on the form. Google will not process your complaint if it isn't properly filled out or if the complaint is incomplete, so make sure all of the fields are completed before submitting. This section asks you to include your Name, email address and the name of entity/ organization that is being impacted by the fake listing.
To make sure that the Google Employee reviewing your form has all of the information they need to determine fraud, please fill out all relevant fields of information including the public URL for the location in question along with a detailed explanation.
Google notes that they cannot guarantee that any action will be taken on these complaints of misleading or fraudulent activities, nor will they update you on the status of the complaint either. Although unfortunate, it is nice that Google is offering this potential solution to push back on fraudulent listings.
