Google offers searchers the ability to ask businesses questions about their products and services. Sometimes, customers use the "ask a question" interface to leave a review based on a past experience or to inquire about the types of services offered. Sometimes these questions can be random or negatively skewed. Google does offer the ability to flag these questions for removal, like traditional reviews.

You can report negative reviews written on your business's Google Q&A section. Google takes the quality of the Q&A section seriously and will remove inappropriate content that violates their guidelines. If you come across a negative review in your Q&A section, you can report it to Google for review- do this by navigating to the review in question and clicking on the "Report" or "Flag" option. Provide a brief explanation of why you believe the review is inappropriate, and Google will take action as needed.
