Full Service engagement considers business needs, pricing based on metrics like location count and reviews.
Each Full Service engagement is uniquely constructed to meet the needs of the business or agency.
To build a pricing quote and SLA (service level agreement), we strive to gain a full understanding about the scope and scale of the business. Just a few of the items we look at are:
- Number of Location
- Average number of reviews per location per month
- Daily, weekly, or seasonal spikes in reviews
- Growth in review volume
- Average review score and distribution
- Percentage of reviews with and without customer comments
- Average length of each review comment provided by customer
- Distribution of types of businesses or brands in the account
The Full Service option is available in minimum commitments of 6 months and in most situations is only available for businesses and agencies with at least 100 locations.
