If you are a new or existing client of LocalClarity and you noticed that sections of your Insights are blank or are not presenting data past a certain point. This is due to Google's decisions to sunset metrics such as Direct, Discovery, and Brand without providing any replacement metrics. For additional context, here is the link to Google's developer page that shows their schedule of sunsetting business API metrics: https://developers.google.com/my-business/content/sunset-dates. This was a move conducted by Google as of February 20th, 2023 and can help explain why your view of the "How customers search for your business" section may look like this:
The Insights section has one new API metric that give you the breakdown of mobile versus desktop device users view your business. This should give users a better breakdown of who is viewing your business while on the go versus before potential customers leave their residency.
You can still access all of your historic data in LocalClarity by changing the date range of the Insights tab. We apologize for any inconvenience created by this decision from Google. Once Google provides a new API Metrics to replace what was removed, we will dedicate an update to include them to Insights.
