Google Profile Performance Is Aligning Closely with Maps and Search
Broken down into mobile and desktop views, Google Business Profile begins with interactions to show business owners how many customers have interacted with them. Data is stored in six-month intervals and businesses can even see how often metrics are calculated.
Business Profile Performance reporting is moving closer to users' profile on Search and Maps. Users will be able to access more of the core profile metrics directly from their Business Profile. Start with interactions to learn how often people have contacted the business. More metrics will follow, including detailed reports about searches and the number of people who saw the profile. After metrics are added to Performance reporting, the older versions of those metrics will eventually be removed from the Google Business Profile web and app platforms.
