All paid LocalClarity subscriptions involve recurring fees for the use of the platform and access to professional services. Customers who choose a monthly subscription will be charged for additional locations or upgraded plans on their next monthly renewal date. Unless otherwise agreed, customers who choose an annual subscription will be charged for additional locations or upgraded plans on a monthly pro-rata basis throughout the subscription term, providing flexibility and cost savings. All invoices and charges can be viewed in the platform by the Billing Owner in Settings > Billing > Invoices.
Customers can select an annual subscription, which allows you to lower your monthly cost or lock in a location rate. Your subscription is billed upfront for a one (1) year period and will begin as soon as your payment is processed. On your annual renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for another year based on the then-current Terms of Service, unless you choose to cancel your subscription in accordance with the instructions below. Every year, on your annual renewal date until you cancel, we will automatically charge you for the usage at the then-current rate for your subscription, along with any applicable taxes.
For greater convenience, our monthly plans operate on a continuous billing cycle. Your subscription is billed upfront for a one (1) month period and will commence immediately after your payment is processed. With our monthly plans, we will automatically charge you every month following your subscription start date. The monthly subscription and any additional usage added to your plan will automatically renew for the same term as the initial term. Additional usage will be billed at the next monthly renewal date.
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. All subscriptions will automatically renew for successive terms equal in duration to the initial term unless you choose to cancel your subscription in advance of the renewal date or on the termination date stated in the Order Form. To cancel your subscription, kindly reach out to us at [email protected] and provide your LocalClarity email. Please note that in most cases, subscriptions are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your subscription, please note that no refund will be provided for any portion of the fee paid for your annual term. Additionally, there will be no refunds or credits for upgrade/downgrade refunds or for unused terms with an open account.
