Editing previously sent review responses
The ReviewsInbox allows users to easily edit or delete responses to reviews to maintain full reputation control.
A single review cannot receive multiple responses, but we can edit a review response and send a new one to replace it.
How to edit a response
- Go into the ReviewsInbox Sent folder to find the target review and response.
- In the response area you will see an edit icon. If you click it, the dialogue box will open and you can change your response.
