Response templates should be created in ReviewsInbox to power campaigns. Here are the steps.
When Creating your Intelligent Auto Response Campaign it is important to build out Auto Replies beforehand. If you were to create an Auto Response Campaign without Auto Replies you will receive this error message before going to 'Step 3: Set Audience'.
How do I create Auto Replies for my Campaign?
In your ReviewsInbox, Scroll down on the left-hand side to the section Auto Reply.
Once there, click on 'Add autoreply'. A window will pop up asking you to select the star rating for your response, the templates name and the response itself.
Once done filling out the required details for your Auto Reply, press 'Yes, continue'. You have now created an Auto Reply. Replicate these steps as many times to achieve the number of responses.
We recommend having at least four saved Auto Replies per campaign made to provide variety in the responses shared with Clients. There is currently a limitation of 50 templates per star rating for Auto Response. Each profile can currently hold up to 200 distinct templates for each of the five star rating designations for a total of 1000 templates.
