What name will show on my review responses?
Google shows responses as 'Response from the owner' while LocalClarity reveals respondent's name for monitoring.
All published responses are presented as "Response from the owner" on Google.
Within LocalClarity, the name of the individual that responds will be presented in the ReviewsInbox™ and be available in the review download files for user performance monitoring.
