Control your review responses flow using LocalClarity's Review Settings under Settings for improved efficiency.
For complete control over your review data and workflows, navigate to Settings > Review Setting. Administrators will find an expanded set of controls to activate review-based capabilities and customize team workflows.
Reply Approval
The first setting controls whether a reply to a review is sent to the Outbox (which is the default) or sent for approval. If 'Send it for Approval' is selected, you then select which Editor reviews will be sent to. Say you have a regional director that wants final overview over every review response, you would send it for their approval, and then from there the response would be sent out.
Reply Confirmation Settings
Three settings here, each with option to Require or Disable, the default for all three is Disable:

Delay Before Posting
This setting allows you to determine how much time a review response sits in the Outbox and is available to edit before being posted to Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, and other sources. A two-minute delay is recommended as this typically provides sufficient time to catch any errors before posting. The settings range from "Immediate" to delays of several hours. Note that any review response in the Outbox can be pushed at any time.
Review Synchronization
The two toggle options are 1) Reindex reviews monthly to identify removed reviews, and 2) Reindex reviews monthly to identify updated reviews. Reindexing helps to align LocalClarity directly with Google when reviews are updated or removed. This article has more information.
View 'Removed' Folder
Reviews routinely removed from listings by Google or the public will appear by default in a folder in the left sub-nav of the ReviewsInbox unless administrators would like to hide this folder from the user interface.
Identify & Mark Review Language
This is useful if you have locations across multilingual countries or regions. Toggled to on and you can tag each new review based on the language used in the review. So if you have a person assigned to reviews in French, for example, they can use the French tag to see all reviews left in French.
Start Date for ReviewsInbox
This optional control set the starting date for the ReviewsInbox date filters for all users in the Profile.
