Dashboard in LocalClarity has been upgraded with five new charts that all help with review score evaluation across locations. These include Review Responses, Response Time, Comment Ratio, Comment Length, and Word Ratio Over Time. Analyzing these data sets, an Admin can see which areas need improvement and which are succeeding by looking at the trends over time.
Users in LocalClarity can set a start date for their reviews within the ReviewsInbox. This custom field is important for those who want to have a fully replied to inbox and want to disregard reviews from 10+ years ago. Changing the start date will not affecting any other reporting as that pulls historic data. Users can pick a Day One and further organize their ReviewsInbox.
Call to Action links for Google Posts can now be customized within LocalClarity. In the Manage Locations module users can select the locations they wish to make a Post for and then enter in variables to change the link based on different locations. This allows for bulk Posts without having to manually change the URLs for every location.
LocalClarity users can now have email notices triggered every time edits are made to any of their locations. For example, clients can have a recap sent the following day of all changes made to Holiday/Special hours from the previous day. This allows for greater visibility for Single-Source-of-Truth connections as no edit will go unnoticed.
The Notification feature in LocalClarity now has filters where users can find exactly what they are looking for. Users can filter their Notifications by the specific community change they are looking for. For example, a user could filter by Website if they want to see any public edits for Website URLs. This allows for more specificity in the Notification experience.
Bulk Posts are now possible through LocalClarity's Manage Locations module. Not only can users create Posts for multiple locations at once, they can also customize the CTA URL to ensure each location has a unique landing page. This makes Post workflows much more manageable and also allows for tracking clicks based on location.
Users tired of seeing the chat bubble pop up while in LocalClarity now have the option to turn it off. While the support team is still readily available, some users found the bubble got in the way of their workflow. This option can changed at the user's convenience from on to off or vice versa.
In LocalClarity's ReviewsInbox users can now search for multiple terms at once. For example, a user can now do a search for 'service' and 'staff' to see any reviews with either of those terms. Searches can then be saved as Filters and be used across the platform and in the future. This is yet another enhancement to the ReviewInbox workflow.
LocalClarity’s Review Summary Reports now deliver information in a more organized format. Users can generate and automatically distribute these reports to their team in real-time or on a schedule. The reports include key details such as review count, average star rating, and response count. Keep your team informed with streamlined Report Management.
LocalClarity users can now add a second email, a Public email, to their user-account. This gives more flexibility in task management as users can use a non-personable email to receive tasks. For example, a support email could be added as the Public email so a whole team could see new messages instead of just the single individual.
