LocalClarity has enhanced functionality for Auto Response campaigns for languages other than English. Previously, (Translated by Google) would factor into character count when determining whether a review comment was short or long. Now we will exclude the Google messaging characters from the total count. This allows for greater accuracy in non-English Intelligent Auto Response campaigns.

Streamlining the process of adding Index Integration for review sources, LocalClarity now offers a more convenient method. Say goodbye to sending .csv files via email. Users can now effortlessly add Indexed review sources directly within the platform. Just enter the review page URL for the relevant source (e.g., TripAdvisor, Zillow) and allow up to 24 hours for LocalClarity to import those reviews. Empowering LocalClarity users, the Intelligent Auto Response feature now offers the ability to customize replies for shorter review comments. Acknowledging that lengthy responses may not be appropriate for concise reviews, users can create shorter templates specifically tailored for such instances. When a reviewer leaves a brief comment, the response will align accordingly, ensuring a more relevant and concise interaction. LocalClarity brings you an advanced API connection with Google, enabling a seamless synchronization of GBP (Google Business Profile) locations. This back-end enhancement ensures that changes made to Google account structures do not affect location information in LocalClarity. Consequently, duplicate listings within LocalClarity are effectively prevented. LocalClarity now is able to recognize and remove duplicate reviews that are passed in by Google. When a reviewer updates their review in Google, sometimes it is passed in as a new review, which throws off review counts and averages. This new feature is able to identify when this happens and remove the duplicate. Users can set their profiles to sync on a routine basis to clean out any duplicates.

LocalClarity understands the evolving needs of brands in expanding their auto response campaigns. To accommodate this growth, we have increased the number of templates per star rating from 30 to 50, enabling the creation of a total of 250 templates. Additionally, the number of templates per campaign has been raised from 15 to 25, offering greater flexibility in response customization and rotation.
