LocalClarity now offers the ability to respond and manage Apple App Store reviews directly within the application. With a seamless API connection, users can effortlessly engage with App Store reviews without leaving the LocalClarity platform. This added functionality allows brands to conveniently address and respond to Apple App Store reviews, further expanding the range of sources available for review management within LocalClarity.
Great news for LocalClarity users! You can now respond to Google Play Store Reviews directly within our platform. Through a new API connection, Google Play reviews seamlessly integrate into the ReviewsInbox. This feature offers increased convenience, as brands can access and respond to both app and map reviews in one centralized location. Enjoy streamlined review management and enhanced engagement with your customers across multiple platforms using LocalClarity.
Hiding Locations in LocalClarity is now a click of a button away. Use our new Location Controls feature to remove visibility for any location(s) you no longer want visible within LocalClarity. Any Hidden location will be available in the Hidden Tab, where they can be un-hidden if ever required. This allows users the ability to make changes and have the ability to change back easily if needed.
LocalClarity is excited to roll out our latest enhancement: displaying updated time stamps for Google reviews. This addition significantly improves visibility, providing users with access to both the original review date and the updated time stamp. Such transparency is essential for accurate reporting and thorough evaluation. By capturing the full timeline of a review, businesses gain valuable insights that were previously inaccessible.
Reviews removed from Google will now be detected and identified in LocalClarity. When Google removes a review for whatever reason, a discrepancy would be created between Google's review count and LocalClarity. Now that we are able to mark removed reviews, such discrepancies will no longer be an issue. This also allows for a complete picture of your reviews within Google.
Mapping Locations in LocalClarity is now directly editable within the platform. Google locations are viewed as the Parent while all other integration locations can be dragged over to connect with Parent location within the new Mapping tab. This allows users to have all review sources under one Parent location to get a quick overview of performance across sources, and to make sure NAP's are aligned as well.
LocalClarity's Intelligent Auto Response becomes more dynamic with the addition of Short Comment responses. When reviewers leave brief comments, users can now match their responses with shorter templates. This ensures that lengthy replies aren't sent when dealing with concise reviews. With the ability to create shorter reply templates specifically designed for such comments, users can effectively engage with reviewers while maintaining relevance and efficiency. Make the most out of Intelligent Auto Response with tailored responses for every type of review.
The new Locations table in LocalClarity allows brands to see their locations across all of their review sources, all in one place. Using the Google as the Parent, users can now see any integrated review sources (Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc.) all underneath the Parent account. This allows for consolidated visibility of location by location review performance and listing information.
LocalClarity is rolling out a new enhancement for White Label users—direct domain customization within the platform. SuperAdmins now have the power to customize their domain according to their specific requirements. From modifying profile images to adjusting colors and platform layout, these customization options are conveniently accessible in the Administrator view. What used to be a support request is now a seamless self-service feature, empowering White Label users to tailor their platform to their unique branding needs.
Addressing exceptional scenarios, LocalClarity is rolling out a Default Auto-Response feature to mitigate instances where Google and Facebook may not pass all fields of a review. This feature enables users to set up a generic response to ensure a consistent reply, eliminating the risk of placeholder macros like "{{reviewer first name}}" appearing in the auto response. Stay prepared for such cases and maintain a professional and cohesive auto-response experience with LocalClarity's Default Auto-Response feature.
